Charming stay in quiet room
professional staff quiet room central station
The staff was professional. My room faced a peaceful residential area, so it was quiet day and night. The hotel is a short walk from the central train station, which simplified my travels throughout the city.
The room had very little space to hang clothing, only a rail was available.

limited breakfast street noise
the breakfast selection felt somewhat limited it was kind of a 'take it or leave it' situation. also the room faced the street so sleep quality suffered from the noise late into the night. i recall hearing every conversation and car that passed. perhaps a room further inside would have been better it is what it is i guess.

cosy atmosphere spacious room fresh products good team
i found the location very convenient for exploring. the room was clean and modern i appreciated the spaciousness. the breakfast buffet had fresh tasty products. i thought the staff were really good and helpful.
i noticed the rooms are quite basic there is little space to hang clothing i found this slightly inconvenient

the hotel is near the central train station making travel very easy. it is also a short walk from major attractions this location is ideal. several restaurants and bars are close by for evening entertainment

friendly service reception; spacious room room; wonderful bar bar area missing facilities tea; limited breakfast selection; radiator cover adjustment
the reception service was very friendly. the room offered lots of space. the hotel also has a wonderful bar area.
the room lacked coffee and tea facilities. the breakfast selection was quite limited for the price. i found out i had to remove the radiator cover to adjust the heating.

The bus stop is very close. The staff was helpful with directions to nearby attractions. The provided breakfast included quality sourdough buns. Croissants were also available at breakfast.

Stylish Hotel With Minor Issues
helpful staff family room central location
The staff knew names and room numbers promptly. They assisted with a wellness check on a family member. A family room included two separate sleeping areas which gave everyone privacy. The hotel is near shops, restaurants, and the central train station.
The breakfast selection was limited. I forgot an item in my room. It took a while to get the hotel to check for it. I never received an apology for the inconvenience.

satisfactory stay
friendly staff convenient location modern style uncomfortable mattress missing fridge no thermostat
i found the staff very friendly and eager to help. the location is also quite convenient. i walked to many tourist spots from there. the hotel's modern style and the courtyard were appealing.
i noticed the mattress and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. a mini fridge in the room would have been nice. i also noted the absence of temperature control in the bedroom.
