The staff knew names and room numbers promptly. They assisted with a wellness check on a family member. A family room included two separate sleeping areas which gave everyone privacy. The hotel is near shops, restaurants, and the central train station.

The breakfast selection was limited. I forgot an item in my room. It took a while to get the hotel to check for it. I never received an apology for the inconvenience.

i found the staff very friendly and eager to help. the location is also quite convenient. i walked to many tourist spots from there. the hotel's modern style and the courtyard were appealing.

i noticed the mattress and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. a mini fridge in the room would have been nice. i also noted the absence of temperature control in the bedroom.
